UNYQUE LLC was born from a simple but powerful truth Desire’ Hunter has witnessed time and again: organizations thrive when their people do. After spending more than two decades working inside sales organizations, leadership pipelines, and workforce systems, Desire’ saw firsthand how often talented, committed people were asked to perform without the support, clarity, or alignment they needed to succeed. She didn’t just notice the gap—she felt called to close it. What began as a passion for supporting individuals evolved into a mission to help organizations build environments where people can grow, lead, and thrive on purpose.
Desire’s journey spans over 15 years in direct sales leadership and consulting, followed by deep work in workforce development and career coaching. Along the way, she developed a rare ability to connect people to possibility—earning her the title “Chief Connector". Now a doctoral candidate in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, she blends academic rigor with real-world experience to help leaders understand what truly drives engagement, performance, and trust. As the Founder and CEO of UNYQUE LLC, and a national spokesperson for Purdue Global University, Desire’ works with nonprofits, corporations, and community organizations to design leadership strategies, talent systems, and AI-enabled solutions that meet people where they are—and move them forward.
At the heart of Desire’s work is faith. Her belief that God is both her foundation and her guide shapes how she leads, serves, and builds. She approaches leadership as stewardship, growth as a calling, and innovation as a tool to elevate—not replace—human potential. By blending biblical principles, behavioral science, and future-focused technology, Desire’ helps organizations align their mission with their people.
